When Jobber is the better pick
- You run crews. Scheduling, dispatch and route planning are Jobber's core, and Quote It Right doesn't do any of it.
- You need several people logged in with their own permissions, and paying per seat for that is fine.
- Your work is service calls, not commissions: recurring visits, invoices on site, card payments at the door.
When Quote It Right is the better pick
- You're a one-person shop or close to it, and $29 a month per seat is more than the tool is worth to you.
- Your problem isn't scheduling, it's the number. You want the quote to start from a real shop rate, with taxes, overhead and the hours you can't bill already in it.
- You price by the board foot and quote pieces, not hours on site.

- Is Quote It Right a Jobber replacement?
- Only for quoting. If you use Jobber to schedule and dispatch, keep it. If you only opened Jobber to send quotes, Quote It Right does that for a fraction of the price with the pricing math built in.
- Why is Quote It Right so much cheaper than Jobber?
- It's built for one-person shops and charged per shop, not per seat. There's no sales team, no scheduling engine and no dispatch board to pay for. The price is deliberate, not a sign the tool is thin.
- Can I move my quotes over from Jobber?
- There's no importer. Most makers rebuild their two or three standard pieces as templates in an afternoon and price new work from there.
- Does Quote It Right collect payments like Jobber does?
- Yes, on the Pro plan. The client approves the quote and pays the deposit through Stripe from the same link.
